A note on my love for mandalas :: The ancient symbology of mandalas are prominent focal points throughout the totality of my work, and I’m grateful to share their beauty through large-scale offerings. The name “Emma” translates to “universal” & “wholeness” and the circular essence of mandalas emanate this same meaning. Before knowing these origins, drawing & painting mandalas became an irresistible, intuitive pull, and has evolved into an expansive practice: each intricate detail weaving together a visceral map of beauty, wholeness and interconnection. Always beginning at the center and with no preconceived plan, each mandala expands into a life of its own: reflecting the environment, energy and elements in which the mural is created.

Whether it’s a favorite room in your home, nursery for your baby, yoga studio or business, I would love to bring your vision to life.

Pregnancy Adornment & Mother Blessing Ceremonies

Expanding with growth and transformation, pregnancy beckons to be celebrated as an exquisite work of art. Ripening wombs carrying miracles of life is a gift to behold, and a favorite canvas to adorn with vibrant, mandalic art. Spiraling from the naval —the original lifeline — each adornment offering is an intuitive collaboration with mama and baby.

Belly Adornment can be an offering on its own, or in synergy with a communal Mother Blessing: a curated ceremony where loved ones gather to honor, witness and uplift mothers through beautiful rituals — with the intention to co-create a unified foundation of support. This gathering also serves as an ideal environment for community envisioning and planning for the months ahead; crystallizing practical ways to hold, nourish and encompass a family with love through their postpartum passage.
